Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Elystra Bands purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- You must have your order confirmation or receipt
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@welcomelane.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return shipping address and instructions
- Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective)
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at info@welcomelane.com. We will:
- Send a free replacement, OR
- Issue a full refund including return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
- Items used or showing signs of wear
- Items without original packaging
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or resistance level. Follow the same return process and let us know what you’d like instead.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
